This is the first review I have ever written. But, I felt compelled to express my gratitude for the wonderful service I received and am continuing to receive from the staff of Palace Properties.
The agent assigned to me, Kathy Reynolds, is a very patient and proficient lady. The advice she offers is heartfelt and based on practical knowledge and experience. I truly value the information I have received from her.
I reached out to a handful of real estate companies for assistance. Mark Palace of Palace Properties was the first to respond to my message. He was prompt, courteous and made sure my needs were met.

Palace Properties is simply the best Real Estate Team we have ever encountered (and we used to be licensed ourselves)! We live in NC and have worked with them on two FL properties in very tough markets this past year, these are the results:
- They recommended & managed upgrades and staging that quickly brought good prospects to a condo that had been vacant for almost four years. Then they selected an excellent tenant who always pays before the due date. How refreshing is that!
- They helped us orchestrate a complicated series of actions that a) avoided an ugly eviction process --that they would have managed for us if necessary, b) helped us get the account completely up to date, c) helped the tenant (a recent widow) move to more affordable property, and d) got our property ready for a profitable sale in spite of the tough market.
They all go the extra mile to deal with our needs, communicating with us from wherever they are, whenever they get the message. They think "outside the box" seemingly putting themselves in our shoes and tuning-in to important nuances while keeping focused on the realities of our mutual mission. And, they are encouraging -- not just "feel good" stuff, but appreciating the things we do right, and sound coaching when we need to make adjustments in our approach. These are the kinds of leaders/teammates that anyone would want on their home team. We are so glad we found each other.

My wife and I accepted an offer on our condo as we were leaving for the Airport for a 2 week trip to Asia. When we returned we had 2 weeks to find a place to live or become homeless.
Mark Palace hooked us up with Paula Zima who showed us a huge mix of rentals and fixer uppers. We looked at almost everything from Melbourne Beach to Viera to North Merrit Island.
As the weekend approached, Paula handed us off to Mike Novak so that she could attend a family event in Chicago. Mike showed us a couple of new properties that just came on the market in Satellite Beach. One of them appeared to fit our needs exactly.
We made an offer along with 3 other people on the property. It turned out that our offer was 3rd lowest but Mike pointed out that our was cash and we could close in 2 weeks. After a little negotiation the buyer accepted our offer.
Mike then flew into action getting inspections and closing every loop hole. I termite problems was found and Mike got the sellers to agree to fumigate the property and was able to get it done in 3 days.
In addition to everything else Mike even got the sellers to throw in all of their lawn and garden equipment including at $400 mower.
Working with the team at Palace Properties was a real joy. Mike and Paula were sensational and I would recommend them to anyone. Mark has put together a great team at Palace Properties.

Mark Palace located a house for my husband and me within a few days of my initial email. Mark did all the legwork for us before we relocated to Melbourne. Mark is a genuine friend! He remembered our anniversary and invites Dave to go surfing and play poker! Etter mye surfing på internett og flere kontakter med andre eiendomsmeglere, fikk vi kontakt med Mark og her fikk vi en stor positiv overraskelse. I met Mark Palace at the Curves Vibrant Womens Conference and decided to have Palace Properties help me find a place to rent or buy. In March 2006, we were scheduled to move out of our hurricane-damaged home into a rental house. We had looked at the house and had discussed all the terms and conditions with the landlord. However, since the landlord had to leave to out of country, they left the leasing in the hands on a local rental lease company. The local rental lease company had standard lease agreements which includes terms which we had not agreed to with the landlord, however since the landlord was unable to be reached, our lease fell through the day we had the movers packing us. Panicking, we asked the movers to take a long lunch break and we went on line looking for a new place to rent. We came across a condo on the beach and in a matter of a day we had a new place to move into. That is thanks to Mark Palace of Palace Properties for his professional, friendly and fast service in getting all the terms worked out and helping us with our last minute need to move. We have never rented any place before (well, besides college dorms), and we are happy to have had our leasing transaction with Mark since he made it a great experience.
